Each month, we’ll pick an exciting Book of the Month for your child to read alongside our vibrant community. It’s perfect for little ones aged 8–11—whether they’re just discovering the joy of reading or already certified book lovers.

You’ll receive creative worksheets and reading guides to make the experience more interactive and fun. We’ll also host a monthly online meet-up where young readers can share their thoughts or even chat with the author.

The Tweak Children’s Book Club is designed for readers aged 8–11. Each month’s book selection and activities are thoughtfully tailored to their age and reading level.

What do I get when I sign up?

Once you sign up, you’ll receive our recommendation to our Book of the Month, along with curated worksheets, reading lists, engaging activity ideas, and access to our online book club meet-up. Parents, you’re part of the adventure too! Each month, you’ll get a special guide made just for you — with a quick book summary, conversation starters, and simple activities inspired by the story’s themes. How do you pick the books?

Each pick is designed to nurture literacy, creativity, and critical thinking while keeping the joy of stories front and centre. From curious beginners to confident bookworms, there will be something for every kind of reader.

What kind of books are picked for the Book Club?

We aim to introduce young readers to a variety of genres through timeless classics and contemporary gems.

Does my child have to read the book to attend the meet-ups?

No, there’s no requirement. All members and their parents are welcome to join the meet-ups—but be warned, book discussions may include spoilers.

Are there any interactive elements with the Book Club?

Yes. Each month, your child can join our (digital-first) meet-ups—some months we’ll chat about the book, others we’ll meet authors, play games, or dive into a readathon. There’s always something new to look forward to.

Which platforms do you use for the monthly meet-ups?

We will host our monthly meet-ups on Zoom or Google Meet.

Do I need to buy the books for my child?

Yes. We will recommend online stores where you can purchase the book in India.

How do I know the schedule for the meet-ups?

We will share these details with you through the Whatsapp group and on email.

What if my child doesn’t like the book that has been selected?

Not every book is everyone’s cup of tea—and that’s fine. Along with our book of the month, we’ll share an extended reading list so your child can explore other titles too.

What if the meeting time doesn’t match my schedule?

The selected time will be one that is most suitable to all our members.

Is there a book club for adults as well?
