Tweak India Wellness Festival brings the experts right to your living room
From food to mental health – we’ve got you covered
You might’ve used the first week of self-isolation for some much-needed vegetation. But as the hours melt into each other and the lockdown starts to feel like nails on a chalkboard, you long for the little things that kept your anxiety in check — yoga class, healthy dabba, dinner dates/ venting sessions with your friends. Since you can’t make your way outside, the Tweak India Wellness Festival brings the experts to you, virtually of course.
We have experts from mental health therapists and nutritionists to chefs and fitness trainers answering all your queries — Why is coffee making you anxious? How can you sleep better at night, especially when you aren’t tiring yourself out at the gym? Is it humanly possible to come up with a new meal plan with the same set of ingredients to work with?
Here’s what you can look forward to when you tune into our live sessions on Instagram at 6 pm from April 1, 2020, to April 7, 2020, to get your dose of wellness tips.
Tweak India Wellness Festival line-up
Day 1: Coping With Corona with therapist Rhea Kishnani, founder of Mind Heal(th)
Coronavirus brought with it uncertainty – about your day-to-day goings-on and about the future. And with this uncertainty came a host of questions, anxiety, and stress.
Our conversation with therapist Rhea Kishnani will revolve around tools you can use to help work through your anxiety, set boundaries and create a safe space for yourself.
She will also talk about how you can make the most of working from home while ensuring that it isn’t taking up all your time.
Day 2: Eating Right with food coach and nutritionist Anupama Menon
No gym, a stocked-up pantry, and nowhere to go. Social isolation is tailor-made for unhealthy weight gain. But food coach and nutritionist Anupama Menon believes otherwise.

Day two of the wellness festival will focus on how you can use limited supplies to cater to your cravings in a nutritious manner.
Day 3: Amateur Chefs Anonymous with Chef Sanjana Patel of La Folie, Mumbai
For all those struggling to keep up with the boiling, grating, and sautéeing, day 3 of the wellness festival is just for you.
Chef Sanjana Patel of La Folie will help us simplify cooking by sharing with us kitchen hacks and cooking tricks. And she will do this while taking on a surprise challenge we will present her with.
Day 4: De-stressing Skin with dermatologist Dr. Madhuri Agarwal
Hungry stomachs groan, sleepy kids whine, and discharged phones beep. Much like everything else, your tired skin also has its way of telling you that it needs some TLC.
But how do you do it? That’s precisely what Day 4 is all about. Dermatologist Dr. Madhuri Agarwal will demystify skincare and help us de-stress our skin.
Day 5: Mental Health In The Time of Corona with psychologist Hemali Sanghvi
Whether we are at home with family or living all alone, it’s a trying time for all of us. Join us on our Instagram Live with clinical psychologist Hemali Sanghvi as she guides us through this tough time and talks about navigating mental health issues during the lockdown and beyond.

She will touch upon the common issues people are facing, what it’s like living with mental health conditions during this time, and some self-care techniques we could all use.
Day 6: Fitness Session with Coach Urmi Kothari
Working out from home, exercises you can do while sitting at your desk, and everything else you’ve ever wanted to ask a celebrity fitness trainer.
